Self Care Club is a female owned business from Scotland, which was born in 2021 following Founder Lisa’s need to lean into the holistic wellness field herself for support. Lisa then felt a calling to guide others and left her corporate job to establish her business. In its first year, Self Care Club was nominated for a local business award and featured in local press. Now based in Houston, Texas, Lisa specialises in energy work, meditation + mindfulness, breathwork and vibrational sound therapy. Her offerings are ritual based treatments that nourish mind, body and spirit, intuitively led with love. Debbie is a heart-led meditation and mindfulness teacher who creates nurturing spaces for calm, connection, and inner peace. She offers 1–1, group, and corporate sessions online and in person that flow intuitively, guiding others to reconnect with their breath, body, and inner light. Her offerings often weave together the healing vibrations of sound through group, outdoor, and floating soundbaths, inviting deep relaxation and flow. Debbie also shares SourceSTAR energy healing and has completed Reiki Level 1 and 2 training and is now working towards her masters, continuing to expand her work in support of harmony and holistic wellbeing.
